Mobilization is the process of stirring individuals in the body of
Christ to move out of their current situation into innovative,
church-commissioned, often cross-cultural ministry and to strategically
place them in the ministry context.
The International aspect of this ministry permeates our
organization. It speaks to who we are, what we do, and how we do it.
Scripture offers us teams as a primary model of ministry. Working
together in teams is important because God has not given all giftedness
to any single individual. Teams are a microcosm of the unity and
diversity that make up a loving Christian community.
Scripture warns, But each one should be careful how he builds (I
Cor. 3:10). How we do what we do is critically important; and for IT,
it is also distinctive.
Christ never asked people to vote whether or not they believed He
was the messiah. He called men, women and children to follow Him. He
sought nothing less than the transformation of lives as people
submitted to His rule. We can aim at nothing less.
The fundamental component of the church is the individual
transformed life. True Christian community cannot exist without
individuals who have been changed by the power of God. Our deep
commitment to the local church is reflected in our desire to build
community that honors God and the ultimate community - the Kingdom of
God.

This is the main guiding document of International Teams. Every member of IT must agree with this statement. While there are some doctrines that godly believers differ on, IT has chosen not to divide over these secondary issues. The following statements are the essentials of our faith. We will not compromise on these beliefs.
1. WE BELIEVE in one God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
2. WE BELIEVE that Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit, was born of the virgin Mary, was true God and true man existing in one person and was without sin. We believe in His representative and substitutionary sacrifice, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the Father, His present life as Lord of all, High Priest, and Advocate, and His personal return in power and glory.
